Union prevention is often one of those dishes best served in courses. Our “101” video series are very versatile. The videos can serve as ice breakers for a series of sessions, or they also work extremely well in an actual campaign. As a matter of fact, they were originally developed for a Fortune 10 Company and used during a campaign to provoke conversations about topics that needed to be covered during the campaign.

The videos in the series cover issues like Competitiveness, Union Life, Decertification, Collective Bargaining and Third Party Communications – basic components of union prevention or a campaign that need clarification to those employees who have never experienced a union first hand (and as a reminder to those who have been involved with a union).
