Union Election Process (Non-Right to Work State)

During out road trip we cover some aspect of what it means to have a union election. For example: The company has to share your personal information; You could be asked to sign a card or a petition and now even electronic signatures are valid, perhaps even as simple as “LIKING” the page on a website. This video also includes a reminder that it’s still a secret ballot so they can vote in their best interest without fear of reprisal.
